Igor Grigoriev, whose responsibility is the department of i-Free Vendors, oversees the development of branded portals and applications for mobile phone manufacturers.

A 2001 graduate of St. Petersburg State University of Electric Engineering, Igor Grigoriev supervised the development SMS-based services for Mail.ru and MTS from 2001 until 2004, when he joined i-Free. He was the immediate initiator of, and managed all the work on the Russian-language version of Samsung Fun Club for Russia and the CIS, and has contributed to many other trailblazing products and services. Igor Grigoriev oversaw the creation of the first commercial WAP site ever developed by i-Free.
