In 2001 Victoria graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics. She also completed an MBA program. In 2002-2004 she worked at Austrian Airlines company, in 2002-2004 at Kelly Services company. In 2006 Victoria has came to i-Free as a head of mobile banking direction and marketing innovations in CRM-programs.

Since 2009 she leads the i-Free Business Solutions, this is a specialized division engaged in development and implementation of mobile banking, mobile marketing and mobile CRM programs.
