Sergey Shulga, one of the founders of i-Free and Head of i-Free Innovations.

Sergey is a graduate of Economics and Management Faculty of St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University. Since 1998 he worked at St.Petersburg’s Exebitions Company and in 2000-2001 was marketing director at Info-Cource. Sergey Shulga was one of the initiators of pioneering mobile content services development and launch in northwest Russia. He founded i-Free in partnership with Kirill Gorynja and Kirill Petrov in 2001.
